We can assist buyers in obtaining financing, helping refine and perform due diligence for a potential pharmacy acquisition, do an appropriate valuation for an asset sale or legal needs, and analyze business operations and performance.
Financing Options
We will work with our buyers to assist them in obtaining financing. Our corporate contacts in the commerial lending industry will give you an advantage as we walk you through the extra steps to financially scrutinize the pharmacy you are considering purchasing. With qualifying credit, you will have access to capital with up to 90% loan to value ratio (and sometimes even higher) which allows you to leverage "other peoples money" and need less money down when acquiring your pharmacy business.
Due Diligence Assistance
We can assist buyers in the sometimes seemingly overwhelming task of proper due diligence. We know where to dig in and both analyze and scrutinize a pharmacy with regards to operations, operational blending, cash flow, earnings and profitability. We ask the right questions and request the proper documentation to help you in making an informed decision.
Determining Market Value
Many charge for "valuations" that really are no more than a market analysis. We will do a market analysis for free. Our valuation services are the most comprehensive in the industry. For a fee, will either do a valuation for the sale of the business or a valuation for legal proceedings. Our valuation for a business transaction is approximately 100 pages and will be an in-depth analysis of the business detailing all aspects and considerations in determining market value. Our valuation for legal proceedings would be for any use other than for a business transaction, such as estate planning, divorce, stock valuation, and disputing the conclusion of an IRS audit. This IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60 valuation is approximately 200 pages and is required for any situation that involves litigation.
